We manufacture our hot tubs in our own workshops in Newport, South Wales, which have been established since 1960. The shell and the base of our tubs are 43mm thick to give excellent heat retention and strength. We use our own unique profile between the vertical staves to ensure our tubs are watertight and use stainless steel cables to tension them. We can provide endless seating and surround options, and can fit air bubblers, massage jets and lighting in any combination to your exact requirements. Our traditional hot tub package comes with a choice of heating source, 2 external steps, a cedar cover and a sand filter with a 1/3 hp pump to maintain water quality. The tubs have seating around half the perimeter as standard, leaving a deep plunge area. Full seating rings are available on request. Our hot tubs are made from Western Red Cedar. It is the timber of choice for the construction of the best quality tubs, and has an incredibly high thermal coefficient, so the water stays hotter for longer. It is a lightweight wood that stays straight without warping, and resists the natural tendency of wood to crack. The structure of cedar discourages moisture rot and it contains oils that naturally resist bacterium and fungal growth. Our hot tubs will retain their looks for years to come.
